Joe Keery and Liam Neeson Team Up for a Gross-Out Sci-Fi Film From the Writer of ‘Jurassic Park’

There are not many writers that you would give to the highest bill above the cast, director or intellectual property. But most writers are not David Koepp. Koepp may not be a home name, but his movies are. He wrote the scripts for Jurassic ParkMission: Impossible, Spider-Manthe last two Indiana Jones movies,, Death becomes hers, a panicked room, and more. He also directs (Premium Rush, Ghost City, Agitation of Echoes) and is also a novelist. He is a fairly fertile guy and the main author behind a completely new, rough science fiction comedy called Cold storage.

The book was published in 2019, but Koepp now adapted it for the screen and attracted some important stars for the ride. Joe Keery of Foreign items and Georgina Campbell of Barbara Star, but Liam Neeson plays a big role, as well as Vanessa Redgrave, A smile Sosie Bacon, and others. It is best just to watch this thing, because it really is a strange amalgamation of those talents, genres and more.

“Teacake (Keery) and Naomi (Campbell), two young employees from a self -employed company built on the site of an old US military base, has its wildest night stint ever, when a parasitic fungus escapes from the lowest sublet of the base, where it was sealed from the government decades before,” the official description of the film. “As the temperature rises underground, this very contagious and rapidly dumb microorganism multiplies and loosens its brain control, bodily terrors on the inhabitants of the facility-human and otherwise. Humanity itself.”

That sounds senseless as hell, and the trailer certainly plays that. You almost make sense, because this is the first teaser that there are still many effects that need to be finished and that so much blood -splash as there is in this trailer, will be much more to see in the movie.

Whether or not Cold storage It will be worthy of the names of those who have helped create it, we do not know. But it is certainly now on our radar. Directed by Jonny Campbell, with a Koepp script adapted from his own novel, it will appear in 2026.
