Jurassic World Rebirth’s Mutant Dinosaur Looks Totally Horrific

After the complete disaster that was Jurassic World: Locust Invasionbringing the Jurassic A franchise back to prominence immediately demanded to summon a large dose of inspiration. And, it seems, Jurassic World Rebirth may have done exactly that. The new trailer reveals that This summer’s seventh movie takes place on the island, where John Hammond and his team left all dinosaurs that were too disordered and dangerous to go into the original park. Because we know we know what those less upset and dangerous dinosaurs have ended up doing, it’s a scary concept.

One of the most tumultuous disclosures in the trailer is what we can only assume is the great bad dinosaur of the movie, which is some cursed Dino mutation. Speaking to Vanity FairDirector Gareth Edwards (already benevolent in monsters thanks to Working with Godzilla and Darth Vader) put this new creation for the movie. “When you create, you get a big, massive pot and you pour your favorite monsters from other movies and books,” he said. “Someone Rancor entered there, some HR Giger entered there, a little T. Rex went in there …” Wait, so he says there is a T-Rex-inspired dinosaur that looks like the rank of Return of the Ediedajo and Xenomorph of Alien? Yes. Yes, he is. And here are some quick glimpses of it.

So this dinosaur, no matter how it is called, obviously has almost the head and face of the Star Wars Rancor, and it seems to move like the Giger Alien but with the size of the T-Rex. At least, that’s what we shine from these short moments in the trailer. Moreover, don’t forget, this is just one of the many, many dinosaurs in the trailer, most of them are clear fans (such as the Velociraptor, Dilophosaurus and Mosasaurus), and some of which are completely new.

Overall, if Jurassic World Rebirth can deliver even half of the fears and intensity of this trailer, maybe we can begin to forget about Domain. The film opens on 2 July.
