The company announced Tuesday that digital asset management company ReserveOne will be released through a merger with M3-Brigade Acquisition V Corp.
The transaction is expected to generate more than $1 billion in total revenue, which will support the company’s crypto reserve strategy by accumulating Bitcoin (BTC), ether (ethereth) and solana (sol), among other digital assets.
“By moving towards a public listing, we are strengthening our commitment to responsible innovation, financial inclusion, and the development of a more resilient, transparent market for digital assets,” ReserveOne CEO Jaime Leverton said in a statement.
Leverton is known in the cryptocurrency world because she works with Hut 8 and Riot Platform of two Bitcoin mining companies. Prior to moving to Riot Platforms, she served as CEO of Hut 8 Hut 8 and held positions on the board.

M3-Brigade is a partnership between M3 Partners and Travel Capital Management. Together they entered the special purpose collection company market where the company is publicly disclosed through private mergers.
The other two companies in M3-Brigade public are Greenfire resources, infrastructure and energy alternatives.
After the merger is completed, ReserveOne will trade under two stocks: Rone and Ronew. M3-Brigade is listed on Nasdaq Island and the merger is expected to close in 2025 in the fourth quarter.
