A 28-year-old man is in police custody after two people shot at Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl Parade.
CBS News Brandon Ramos reported was arrested after firing a gun and ruined two women on Friday, February 14, at Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia. One of the girls was reported to cut into a restroom before Ramos pulled the trigger.
