As chronic Tinkerer, I have always wanted that there is a simple, effective and effective way to get a full-resolution 3D part of part without spending hundreds of hours learning 3D modeling or thousands of dollars in a high-resolution 3D scanner. This is the problem and form wanted to solve with the three, 3D scanner that claims to be simple, intuitive, and cheap.
It is important to emphasize that 3D scanners are not the end-all, creating 3D models. They are a tool to be inserted into the 3D model arsenal, but you don’t have to wait for perfect scanner results with zero touches. The issue and the form three are small and affordable, mostly self -contained with on board processors and internet connectivity. It requires a laptop with a browser to connect to the scanner via a local internet connection, and costs $ 2,399 MSRP but is often sold for $ 1,499, which includes the scanner, motorized tower, calibration equipment, tripod and carrying case.

The three are incredibly simple to set up and have a robust series of tutorials that explain almost every aspect of its operation. In addition to more advanced settings hidden in the menus, each part of the calibration and operation is detailed within the interface and can be adjusted quickly.
The most impressive part of the scan is the lack of preparation needed. While other scanners could require track points, the three can work in minutes after you triggered it, waited for the system to initially and connect to the computer. This is possible by connecting the scanner to your device wirelessly with the inclusive antenna, connecting it to your router via an Ethernet cable, or connecting directly to your device via Ethernet. The first two methods will allow a wireless connection to the scanner with any device, while the third will only allow connection to the device in which the scanner is inserted.
The application for the scanner works a completely in-browser, accessed by an IPv4 address, which is displayed by the scanner’s projector. Once you have connected, the site looks simple and stylish, with outstanding tutorials and an intuitive interface.
