Mercedes Benz JDS Development Group sells the tower of Mercedes-Benz, the first American real estate project of luxury car brands. The announcement coincides with the official opening of a new sales gallery, with an exclusive look at the design and features of the development, including Silver Arrow Lounge (Silver Arrow Lounge), a rooftop space that is only residents inspired by the brand’s long history racing legacy.
Tower 2 continues the project’s commitment to timeless design and innovation, bringing the iconic aesthetic of Mercedes-Benz into its architecture. The 67-story skyscraper will be built with stacks, offsets, produced in collaboration with store architects and Woods Bagot to reflect the brand’s philosophy of sensual purity. The home will have floor-to-ceiling windows, a custom kitchen and a spa-style bathroom.
Located in the south side park, the development will integrate landscape designs in a field operation to provide residents with winding roads, green spaces and entertainment venues. The 2.5 million square foot complex will include 800 homes, 174-room hotels, premium office space and 130,000 square foot amenities.
With Miami’s skyline expected to be reshaping by 2027, Mercedes-Benz’s place is designed to provide an urban life experience that blends automotive craftsmanship with modern architecture. Tower 2 sales are being processed vein.
