Los Angeles officials More than 40 people have been faced with new charges for violent riots against U.S. immigration and customs enforcement last month, it was announced on Tuesday.
On the charges, prosecutors noted that a 17-year-old teenager was charged with murder and murder allegedly allegedly attacking horses in the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and a man was accused of injuring a police officer with Flagpole, Los Angeles District Attorney La Princation Prosecutor Nathan Hockman said in a press release.
“The massive protests may have ended, but our work is not yet available,” Hawkman said.

One of the suspects, a 17-year-old teenager, was charged with one count of felony murder, assault Peace OfficialsOfficials said, vandalism and two counts of misdemeanor riots.
Another protester, identified as 37-year-old Patrick Munoz, was accused of stabbing an officer while breaking down a party outside a local hotel on June 11.
Munoz’s attorney did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
Additionally, prosecutors accused Robert Amaya, 49, of approaching the family while leaving the protest on June 10, then pulled a knife while approaching an 11-year-old girl and stabbing her. Amaya is charged with one felony assault with a fatal weapon and faces up to 13 years in state jail if convicted.
Fox News Digital was unable to find a lawyer representing Amaya immediately.

Authorities have accused Dana Whitson, 66, of pushing the animal “several times” before hitting the horse in the muzzle and mastering the bondage during a June 13 protest. If convicted, Whitson faces the possibility of up to six years and four months in prison.
Neither Castro nor Whitson’s attorneys immediately responded to Fox News’ numbers’ request for comment.
