X has been investigated by the committee to a possible violation DSA.
Grok also posted offensive posts about Polish and Turkish political leaders, including Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Turkish President Recep Erdogan.
Last weekend, Xai issued a statement apologizing for the abominable content.

Musk and his XAI team launched a new version of Grok amid strong opposition. Musk calls it “the smartest AI in the world.”
Xai works with other businesses, mainly owned by Musk, including Teslaa publicly traded automaker and US aerospace and defense contractor SpaceX.
Despite recent hate speech in Groke, the United States Ministry of National Defense XAI was awarded a $200 million contract to develop AI. Anthropic, Google and Openai also received AI contracts.
