Just like most struggling people acne At any time in their lives, I have real It was hard to find a product that suited me and did not make the situation worse. Things about inflammation acne (I learned through years of repeated mistakes) is that, most of the time, it becomes more irritated by powerful Retinal similarity and Exfoliating– We are often told what to clear. After years of using the wrong treatment, I finally realized my Barrier-damaged skin If I continued to follow the typical “clean up” route, it wouldn’t be better.
Fortunately, I recently had the honor of pairing my face with the overall beautician Sonia Vargas, who didn’t add sugar to me. She finally told me that my super active program won’t do the job for my skin. Actually, this may have made my irritation and inflammation worse. “My typical treatment (acne) is to use any sensitive skin or active acne throughout the session using a gentle, calming product throughout the process,” she told me. “I also studied the nervous system in different ways and focused on the lymph system. Most acne patients need to do a lot of irritation to their lymph to gently move waste in the tissue. In addition, addressing the nervous system is one thing that most acne treatments never focus on. It looks so much when dealing with stressed skin, it’s so much like it.”
Honestly, I left La Studio in Vargas to glow, one of the best facials I’ve ever had. Vargas uses the best overall approach, including adjusting the fork to help reset the skin’s energy. She also recommends a network of alternative doctors, naturopaths, skull therapists, body workers and kinematographers to treat the source of the problem, rather than just topical skin use. “It takes a network of practitioners to reveal the root causes of acne and inflammation,” she said. “There is not much irritation in the skin that needs to be calm. Your skin is a little reactive, irritating and a little inflammatory.”
While it’s best to take the body as a whole, Vargas also recommends a set of products that have excellent results for customers who are susceptible to acne. I’ve been using her pick for nearly a month and I’ve seen positive differences in skin. In the future, I will share the entire routine for my acne-vulnerable companions, as a PSA.
302 Skin Care
Sensitive cleaners
The first thing I had to exchange was my cleanser. Any type of sulfate (or even modification) cleanser has nothing to do with my skin. Even though I used a milder option, I found my skin became incredibly dehydrated and more irritating, so I switched to this cleanser with lotion consistency. Vargas introduced me to 302 skincare, the brand uses alternative cleansers designed specifically for stressful, damaged skin. This makes the world a little different and now I feel much better about cleaning procedures. It is hydrating and gentle, but still very effective.
Marie Veronique
Balanced bass
I’ve always been a big fan of Marie Veronique’s clean products, but I’ve only tried this product recently. I told Vargas that I had a hard time finding a moisturizer and cleanser, which is the right one for my skin right now because it is easy to dehydrate. She told me that she always recommends water and oil balance toner from the brand to her customers.
It’s just a way to drink high water for my skin! It is not greasy and does not leave heavy film on the skin. Its texture melts, keeping my skin hydrated throughout the day. In my book, this is a miracle of dehydrated, sensitive, and prone to happening skin.
penetration
Polish MD Cranberry Enzyme Mask
This enzymatic exfoliating mask is key. Like I mentioned above, my skin doesn’t always respond well to chemical exfoliators (even mild). It’s a slippery slope and if I even go too far my hair, my breakout will get 10 times worse and more inflamed. Vargas recommends using it several times a week to exfoliate. It utilizes cranberry enzyme to exfoliate, lactic acid and lactic acid both moisturize and gently weaken. My skin has calmed a lot since I switched to using it 3 times a week.
The only frustrating thing is that this is a special formula you can only buy with a beautician, but if you are in the Los Angeles area, Vargas can give you it.
penetration
Dry growth factor serum
Vargas also recommends this brand of growth factor serum to help improve skin damage. My skin has been cheering up a lot since I used it. I stopped using stronger active drugs like vitamin C, so I was worried my skin would start to appear dull and my dark spots wouldn’t improve much, but that wasn’t the case. In fact, this serum is used twice a day to give your skin a natural glow. It just makes your skin look very healthy as it is powered by over 600 different growth factors, exosomes and skin peptides.
I know the price is a bit steep, but in my opinion, penetration products are worth 100% and they are so sensitive and skin-friendly. Also, this is a type of formula that can do multiple operations in one formula so that you can simplify the routine, discard multiple serums to support it.
Unfortunately, DMK is another brand you have to get through a beautician, but I promise these products are the industry’s freshest secrets. I’ve heard a lot of good news about it, and as my beauty editor, Vargas thinks it’s perfect for my skin.
“The DMK Beta Gel formulation contains beta-glucan, a stimulator of the Langerhans cells which initiate the immuno and reparative functions of the skin. Beta Gel is an excellent aid in the treatment of traumatized skin, abrasions, damage, oxidative stress, acne, rosacea, or any red and inflamed irritated skin. This serum is actually something I recommend to almost everyone I treat. It’s ultra hydrating and healing.” – pain

Calm and gentle retinal serum
This super mild retinal serum from penetration is another saving grace for me. I initially tried the brand’s clarified serum, but my skin didn’t respond to it, so I calmed down. This is completely non-irritating and contains only lactic acid as AHA. I use it three times a week and three times a week with the brand’s cranberry enzyme mask. For me, this is the perfect spot to keep my skin calm and clean.
When Vargas recommended it, I initially felt nervous about DMK’s AcuCrème because I never know how my skin will react to moisturizers Wow Guys. Now, I can confidently say this is the most acne-prone skin cream I have ever used. My pets are frustrated with most moisturizers designed for acne skin, and they are designed to exaggerate your complexion, which I fear will do. Applying skin usually makes the problem worse and does not work directly on dehydrated skin. I’m worried that this cream might do that, but that’s not the case! It provides perfect moisture to your skin without making your skin feel heavy or greasy, but it can also be used well for dehydration. This and beta gel will be a staple in my daily work.
Marie Veronique
Colorless zinc wide spectrum sun protection SPF 32
Vargas also suggested that I give Marie Veronique a new sunscreen, which I love. It has a thicker consistency, but I like it doesn’t contain colors like most other mineral sunscreens. The shades tend to rub against my clothes, and I’m not that big fan. Consistency with this is a dream that makes your skin subtle, natural glow I can’t get enough shine.
I use this mask a few times a week and then put 302 skincare Avocado mask top so won’t dry your skin (another tip I learned from Vargas). It can certainly get the job done and dry any positive breakthroughs in the flash. I now fully understand why DMK is so noble in aestheticians.
“I also recommend using ACU Zebra. A mask is good for problematic skin, it eliminates traffic congestion and purifies. It is healing, especially for inflammation and irritation. It can also be used to solve bacterial problems on the skin. People with different levels of acne and inflammatory responses are very useful with this Masque.” – pain
