Nelson: Hearn and Joshua don’t want to fight

Johnny Nelson said it was obvious that Anthony Joshua and promoter Eddie Hearn did not want to be with IBF heavyweight champion Daniel Dubois ) play the game. They did not take action to negotiate a rematch after Joshua humiliated the fifth round of knockout last September 21, and they were more focused on waiting for Tyson Fury to retire.

Waiting for anger

Nelson believes that Joshua (28-4, 25 KO) does not want to risk fighting Dubois again because if he loses the second time “he’s done” as a fighter. Therefore, AJ avoids Dubois like the plague, waiting for anger. He said that if Joseph Parker defeats Dubois in the February 22 battle, AJ will fight him. Joshua has beaten Parker in 2018, so he is safe.

Hearn mentioned Deontay Wilder and Fury as two possibilities. If Fury retires soon, Joshua may face Wilder, 39. For Joshua, this is another winner.

“When you talk about the rematch between AJ and Daniel Dubois, he said he was injured. So he had to take some time off. Now, he wasn’t injured, he was talking about fighting again.” Johnny Nelson )right Boxing King Media About Anthony Joshua, it shows that he is not interested in fighting Daniel Dubois again.

“Now, Daniel Dubois’s name is forgotten. He is talking about fighting X, Y, Z, not fighting Daniel Dubois because tomorrow can be Fighting in the heartbeat. This tells me that AJ’s people don’t want it, or AJ doesn’t want it.

“I think AJ’s Bucks stopped, and I’m pretty sure Eddie (Hearn) is very convincing when it comes to focus on the business or the heart. I just think they (Joshua) don’t want to fight (Dubois) because if it happens again , he’s done. So now it’s a hangout to see when Tyson retires or chooses the right battle.”

It is obvious that Hearn and Joshua don’t want any part of the battle with Dubois anymore, as they’ll be pulling the trigger in the rematch soon. On June 1, 2019, when AJ lost to Flimp, Andy Ruiz Jr., Hearn quickly put together the slight rematch of December 7 of that year. They can’t wait to avenge their losses.

Joshua and Hearn did not do this with Dubois. Initially, Hearn said that Joshua was injured and it took time to heal. It’s been five months now, and AJ still hasn’t worked hard to replay, which can only mean one thing: He’s scared. Although Hearn occasionally mentions Dubois as one of Joshua’s few opponents he wants to fight, he does not take any action to negotiate. This tells us that they lack confidence in participating in the battle.

Joshua has no Bakor

“I don’t think the fight with Martin Bakor will happen. I think that’s a performer, they’re both positive. Wilder, that could happen. Now, I think he’s a mercenary. Nelson said: “His ambition is once again the world champion (not here), or Joseph Parker beat Daniel Dubois and I can see him coming in with Joseph Parker. ”
