Serbian tennis star earlier on Sunday being booed At the Australian Open, when he bowed out of the tournament to reach the semifinals. He told a press conference that he had torn a muscle but faced criticism from fans at Social Media who questioned the severity of the injury.
Djokovic posted photos from an MRI taken on Saturday to prove the doubters wrong.
He wrote: ‘Thought I would stay here for all sports injury experts’.”

The veteran tennis star did not provide any additional information, such as the exact diagnosis he may receive or any recovery timeline.
The 37-year-old Djokovic stopped playing against Alexander Zverev after dropping his opening set in the decider on Friday. After shaking hands with Zverev and the chair umpire, Djokovic gathered his equipment and started walking to the locker room.
Some of the crowd at Rod Laver Arena jeered. Djokovic put his two thumbs up before leaving.

During his on-court interview, Zverev chastised those who booed Djokovic.
“I know everyone paid for the ticket and everyone wants to see a good five-set match,” Zverev said. “But you have to understand – Novak Djokovic is in the past For someone who has given this sport 20 years, it’s absolutely everything in his life.”
Djokovic suffered the injury in the first game of his last match, a four-game set against Carlos Alcaraz in Tuesday night’s quarterfinals victory.
Djokovic ended the match with tape on his upper left leg and had a similar wrap against Zverev.

“I did everything I could to basically control my muscle tear,” Djokovic said at a news conference on Friday.
“At the end of the first set I started to feel more and more pain,” he said. “I guess it was too much for me to handle at the moment. Unfortunate ending, but I tried.”
