Oracle stock jumps after $30 billion annual cloud trading

Oracle Stocks jumped more than 5% after adding more than $30 billion in cloud protocols each year.

CEO SAFRA CATZ is expected to share trading news at a company meeting Monday, according to the Securities and Exchange Commission filing. Revenue is expected to start reaching in fiscal 2028.

“Oracle had a strong start in FY26,” according to the submission. “Our multi-cloud database revenue continues to grow more than 100%, and we have signed several large cloud service agreements, one of which is expected to contribute more than $30 billion in annual revenue starting in FY28.”

According to the document, CATZ is expected to reveal that Monday will not affect the company’s guidance for 2026.
