Outdoor Activities to Try This Summer


Summer is the perfect time to get some outdoor exercise and get some Vitamin D, girl!

You can take any of your own MOVE app exercise outside, from Sweat Sesh to Daily 10 or try these tips!

The best outdoor exercises to do this summer:

1. Morning yoga

Start your day off right with a relaxing yoga session in the park or in your backyard. Find a quiet place, roll out your mat, relax and listen to the sounds of nature.

2. Walk on the beach

Walking on the beach is the best way to distract yourself from everything that is going on in your life right now. Take 10-30 minutes to walk on the beach either alone (with some headphones in & your Favorite playlist or podcast) or go with a girlfriend and catch up on life!

3. HIIT Workout

Take high intensity interval training (HIIT) to the beach for an added challenge. The soft sand will make your muscles work harder, and the sea breeze will keep you cool. HIIT workouts are great for burning calories and improving cardiovascular health.
