Sean Gibbons, a consultant for Manny Pacquiao, said he didn’t see that after the 12-round seating match in Las Vegas last Saturday night, with WBC middleweight champion Mario Barrios.
Gibbons wants bigger PPV battles

The biggest PPV event Rolly is involved in is his battle with Tank Davis on May 28, 2022, resulting in a purchase of 275,000 PPV. That’s because of the tank, not Loli. Davis could have fought and brought similar numbers. Romero is just a rival to the tank.
Unless he offers something more than he can fight Jake Paul or Shakur Stevenson, he will not agree to fight Pacquiao. It is doubtful that PBC is willing to provide the tank with the kind of money he can fight these guys.
