Panthers’ Xavier Legette, Browns’ Rayshawn Jenkins threw it after pre-season quarrel

Carolina Black Panther Wide receiver Xavier Legette fell into a sophomore campaign in his preseason opener against the Cleveland Browns on Friday night.
