for Autumn and Winter 2025Japan tags Paranoid Centered on its latest seasonal range, it revolves around “the concept of regression” (a regression in Japan, and is also an introspective invitation to reexamine the origins of people and past experiences. Specifically, the brand revolves around the idea of returning to the original location and state. Through clothing expression, paranoid encourages wearers to restore self-awareness through reference memory, instincts and renewed clothing.
These designs are Oriental on four thematic pillars: “Scene” (Landscape), “Emeral Instinct” (Hounting Instinct), “Hibernation” and “Bell” (Bell). The scenery combines distant memories through meticulously detailed prints, while the instinct of the return is expressed through woodland-style camouflage and bear motorcycle embroidery. The idea of hibernation is translated into accent on plush paper and suede, which evokes creatures to create power. As for Bell, the element is expressed through tones of cyan, green and dusk, as well as tone hardware inspired by the bell.
Key pieces include a richly colored corduroy jacket nodding to the natural palette, Sherpa-lined jacket inspired by Hibernation Bear and MA-1 flight jackets, and paired with matching shorts – each set with sculpture, “Hibernation” pockets with sculpture, suede. Lookbook uses retro styles, soft positions and models to enhance the series’ nostalgic narrative to reflect behaviors that are opposed to the past.
