Pastrami Passion drives 66-year-old young man to create a deli “meat” community

A Florida-based woman runs a Facebook group with more than 2,000 members and organizes “Meat Ups” in Delicatessens across the country and shares her passion with Fox News Digital.

Ellen Fried’s Facebook group “Ellen Loves Pastrami” has a simple mission – “Finish the restaurant That still takes time to make your own five-spice cigarettes. ” (See the video at the top of this article.)

Fried, 66, grew up near Atlantic City, New Jersey, but now called Delray Beach, Florida, to go home. From South Florida to Southern California, she had received “meat Ups” (what she called them).

She also manages several other Facebook groups including “Ellen Loves Burgers,” “Ellen Loves Love Beef Ribs, Brizket & Steaks,” and “Fried Loves fried chicken. ”

“but Pastramy Group Fried told Fox News that it seems to be the most popular and edgy group.

“Everyone loves to talk about their favorite pastrami, this place is not as good as before, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, you know?

Other “meat” were also held in Philadelphia, Las Vegas and New York City, where Fried established “little contingents.”

“A few years ago, when we grew up, we didn’t have to really consider where to get the spice-smoked salt,” Fried recalls. “We always had good pastrami at local delises, but it’s hard to find now.”

Jeff Lanigan, 78, told Fox News Digital that he met Fried in 2015 at Harold’s New York deli in Edison, New Jersey.

Lanigan, who was separated from New Jersey and South Florida, said he tried to participate in as much of her “meat” as possible.

He and his wife attended the “meat” of Fried’s recent Kosher Delicatessen in Boca Raton, Florida in April.

“It’s a social event and we just love it,” Ranigan said.

So what is this particular charm Delicious food?

“I like corned beef too, but I think Pastrami has an extra flavor level, which is a good one Consolation food,” Fried said. She added that finding good burgers nationwide is “much easier”.

Lanigan praised the blown-up Fried as “the salt of the earth” and helped maintain the deli.

This is a sentiment that big deli lovers obviously share, especially when it comes to Pastrami.
