Brooklyn Park Police Chief Mark Bruley said Monday that police and so-called Minnesota State Envoy Vance Boelter may have prevented more lives.
Bruley said the sergeant heard about a shooting at the home of Democratic Senator John Hoffman and sent two officers to inspect the home of Democratic State Rep. Melissa Hotman, a Democratic State Rep.
When officers arrived, Bruley said they found Boelter’s car in the driveway.
“If they don’t thwart the plan, essentially his vehicle was taken from him, involving all his maps, all his names, all his weapons. I would be very scared of a situation where we didn’t do this for the next few hours.”
