Prince Harry makes a surprise appearance to support the upcoming 2025 Workchild Awards – and the video appears shot at the Montecito house he shared Meghan Markel and their children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
The Duke of Sussex, 40, encouraged the public to submit nominations for the 20th annual clip awards, issued on Tuesday, January 28.
“Every year, Wellchild Awards, with GSK, identify and celebrate the growing situations of young people from the extra mile to take care of them,” Harry said. “They allow us to shine in an event of rare stories, strength and courage they show each day.”
Harry is a patron of Wellchild, an organization that raises money for children and young people with great health of home instead of hospitals, since 2007.
“This year is more important as we celebrate the 20th Wellchild Awards,” Harry added to the video. “It is a true privilege of respecting courage and kindness in this incredible community.”
He asked the public to return “Exceptional people who inspired you every day” for the future ceremony, set to happen in a later year.
