Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton 33 potential non-citizens have allegedly been investigated Illegal voting In the 2024 general election.

“These potential illegal voting examples will be thoroughly investigated and I will continue to stand in the fight with President Trump to ensure that our state elections are safe and secure,” Paxton said in announcing an investigation into 33 potential non-citizens on Tuesday.

“In order to be able to trust the integrity of our elections, it must be decided by our own citizens, not foreign nationals for illegal votes in violation of the law,” Paxton said. “No non-citizens shall not be allowed to influence the U.S. elections, and I will use the full weight of my office to investigate all voter fraud.”
