The congresswoman said she believed the Democratic candidate would win the 2028 presidential election ahead of his grand slam and formulated a strategy the party must ensure that victory.
“But what do we need to do?” she asked. “For me, it’s becoming more and more positive.”
She continued, “Listen now, I won’t say that this is what we are going to do, but I’ll tell you what my vision is.”

“We need to have some real guardrails around that Supreme Court because the Supreme Court paves the way for half of what we see.”
She then used her expertise against Trump but argued that Congress and the High Court needed to be detained because they were the bodies that allowed him to carry out the agenda.
“But in a normal democracy, he still can’t get rid of that. But he was able to get rid of that because the House Republicans were co-conspirators. He was able to get rid of it because the Senate Republicans were co-conspirators. But most importantly, the court, especially the Supreme Court, especially the Supreme Court.”
She added that the court “has no moral guardrail” while the lower courts do not.

“How much does it mean when we know they get the money – we have notes – they refuse to put guardrails on themselves?” she asked.
“So it’s time for us to do it for ’em,” Crockett declared.

On her X account, Crockett even tagged Trump as “buffoon” and a “mofo”, an abbreviated version of the word “mother—- er”.
