Republicans won Congressional Baseball Game The fifth year, defeated the Democrats 13-2 at Washington National Park on Wednesday.
Republicans Everyone wore the same red uniform in magazine hats, while Democrats wore different jerseys and hats.
R-FLA. Rep. Greg Steube threw five innings for the Republicans to win and struck out twice with seven runs.

Steuebe faced trouble in the first inning when Democrats eliminated the base twice. But Rep. August Pfluger’s R-Texas ended the game at the third base dive when he leaned over to stop a tough ball from leaving the infield and then took the base with his gloves.
The footage of the Pfluger game is all the rage on social media.

The Republicans won the first inning in the second inning, with the Democratic Department of Defense throwing errors. In the third inning, the Republicans raised their lead to 5-0 at a 5-0 pace, and then the Democrats gradually rejected the deficit 5-2.

But the Republicans blew the game out in the fourth start when they scored five runs to lead 10-2.

R-Ind. Rep. Marlin Stutzman broke Trump’s dance when he set the game apart with two consecutive doubles in the fifth inning.

In the sixth inning, the Republicans added twice.
Senator Joni Earnst of R-iowa then entered the race as a pinch runner, becoming the first woman to compete. Ernst then scored 13-2.

Republicans have now won their last five congressional baseball games, with four blowouts in a row. The Republicans won the 31-11 game in 2024; in 2023, they scored 16-6; and in 2022, they dropped 10-0. The Republican’s current winning streak began with a 13-12 victory in 2021, when the game resumed a game after a year off due to the 190 pandemic.
Before that, the Democrats won 10 of 11 games.
This year’s congressional baseball game raised a record $2.75 million for charities.
