Rosie Assoulin Resort 2026 Series

Rosie Assoulin doesn’t want to make your daily closet. “They are small moments,” she said of her 2026 resort. “It’s not a waste of me because you pull out that big summer summer every season.

Assoulin is interested in creating clothes at dinner parties or on vacation. “I think it feels good every day. They are the days you travel, they are the days you are precious,” she said. “We want to create a wardrobe for that.” That’s not to say the series is not universal. From the top with convertible curtains to a long skirt with a removable hustle and a colour of movable hustle (in pink plaids and buttery yellow), Asolin reminds us that just because her clothes may not be suitable for everyday use, it doesn’t mean it can’t be furry again and again. “Not every occasion requires hustle and bustle, so why not choose?” she said.

Although she has many occasional costumes, she also has many statement works that can take more time. Most of what she offers can be a mix of sports and craftsmanship, from pants made from floral interior-style fabric to stem green shorts with yellow accents. Even the yellow sponge-beautiful long skirt with a fan-shaped dripping waist is inspired by the retro swimsuit.

In limiting her output to two collections per year, Assoulin is challenging herself to edit. (Most of her creativity has been transferred to her pottery habits, her bright yellow vase dots her showroom.) With this collection, she proves that the greatest possible way can be done by constraints.
