SAP announced on Friday that it reached an agreement to obtain recruitment from Smartrecruiters software company.
In Press releaseThe European Software Giant said Smartrecruiters “powerful, usable interfaces and sewing workflows” will complement SAP’s existing HR tools.
Muhammad Alam, the member of the SAP board of directors, who is leading product and engineering, said in a statement that with this acquisition, “customers will be able to manage the entire candidate life cycle – from supply and interviewing to on board and further – all in a single system to rationalize the experience for promoters, employment of administrators and especially candidates.”
The terms of the acquisition were not revealed. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year.
