His lawyers told a panel of 12 New York jurors Friday that the sex trafficking and extortion case against hip-hop tycoon Hip-Hop Mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs was “serious, exaggerated.”
Marc Agnifilo concluded by saying that the government criminalized the comb and girlfriend’s “swimmer’s lifestyle” which amounted to a “fake trial.”
His 55-year-old client pleaded not guilty to allegations of sex trafficking, extortion and transportation.
“The government targets Sean Combs,” Mr. Agnefilo told the court.

Attorney Christy Slavik spoke with jurors for five and a half hours in the prosecutor’s closing remarks on Thursday and told them that the comb abused his power and business empire to make sexual intercourse women and other crimes committed other crimes.
Prosecutors claimed that the comb made his ex-girlfriend drugs and used violence and other means to force him into the so-called “freak” – the name of the comb was an incident he watched and filmed while having sex with his male escorts.
Ms. Slavik stays calm and methodical in directed digital presentations, while Mr. Agnefilo is animated-back and forth pace, often jokes.
He first attacked Combs’ ex-girlfriend’s credibility, and they testified against him, Casandra Ventura and anonymous witness “Jane”.
He called Combs’ 11-year relationship with Ms. Ventura “She repeatedly beat her – “one of the great modern love stories.” She was a participant willing to participate in the sex life, he said.
“She is a woman who really loves sex – it’s good for her,” Agnefilo said. “She’s pretty, she should.”
He argued that Ms. Ventura was not a victim because Comers is now in jail and she filed a civil lawsuit against him for abuse and sexual coercion in a million dollar capacity.
“If you have to choose the winner throughout the process, it’s hard not to choose Cassie,” he said.
Mr Agnifilo said their relationship problems constitute domestic violence – not sexual trafficking. He tried to doubt the prosecutor’s argument that the rapper used violence to force Ms. Ventura to participate in the freak.
The government is said to have focused on a 2016 surveillance video that beat Ms. Ventura in the corridor of a hotel in Los Angeles, who allegedly tried to leave the freak.

Mr. Agnifilo once again played the video for the jurors, deeming that it was impossible to be an example of sexual trafficking, as Ms. Ventura appeared to have knocked the comb back to their room when security guards arrived at the scene.
“There’s nothing scary in the room” he said, adding that the freak is “beautiful night” with beautiful music and beautifully decorated rooms.
Mr. Agnifilo also tried to pick on Jane’s testimony, in which one night accused the rapper of violence against her before the freak.
“Her story really doesn’t make sense,” he said.
Combs’ lawyers attacked the government’s blackmail case, an allegation that relies on his loyal employees to help him commit sexual trafficking and other crimes and then cover them up.
He said there was a “lack of evidence” that the comb and his employees ran a certain criminal business and had any accomplices.
Agnifilo told the jury that Combs’ former head Kristina Khorram pointed out that he was a “helpful” woman, and he was the “helpful” woman that everyone liked.
He claimed that a true complicity could have helped kick the door when the comb allegedly tried to break into his ex-girlfriend’s home.
In response to the transport engaged in prostitution allegations, Mr. Agnefilo argued that the male escort of hip-hop tycoon and his girlfriend was hired for the couple’s time rather than for sex.
At the end of his argument, the comb hugged his lawyer in an off-white sweater. His family, including his twin daughters and mother, sat behind him for the second day in a row.

At the end of refuting Friday’s defense, prosecutor Maurene Comey’s tone was more aggressive than Ms. Slavik’s lawyers for suggesting that his ex-girlfriend was lying and they wanted to engage in freaks after being beaten.
“There is no separation of violence from gender,” Ms Comey said. “They are emotionally, physically and financially trapped.”
She noted that Ms. Ventura’s litigation solution asked, “Why do you want to cheat yourself on your risk in a federal trial?”
Jurors will re-seek judges on Monday on how to weigh the case against hip-hop tycoons. Deliberations are expected to begin soon.
Combs are facing life in prison amid the worst allegations of rackets and sex trafficking.
