Sean Wotherspoon and Zellerfeld link 3D printed footwear series


American sneaker designer, retro collector, store owner and digital creator Sean Weatherpen Known for its rhythm portfolio in sports shoe culture and beyond. After working with big tickets like Adidas, Gap and Porsche, Tooking Aficionado is now launching Sean Double U, a brand new series with 3D printed shoemakers Zellerfeld.

This line has two silhouettes: a sneaker for sports, and a slap that is easy to relax. “Shawn Du U Different aspects of us all. ” Womenspoon. “Sneakers are for sports. M-some are for slowing down. I want to move the pieces with each version of yours.”

Sneakers and sacks are printed with glue-free, stitched or factory-based single recyclable material. To further push the boundaries, each pair is customized with a direct foot scan.

“Most companies tell you what you can’t do,” Womenspoon explain. “Zellerfeld built a stack where you can design what you want. We can adjust the design in the morning and prototype it before the afternoon. This speed changes not only everything, not only for me, but for every designer who has ideas and nowhere to bring.”

Sean Double U Sneakers ($189 USD) and Sean Double U Mule ($149 USD) are now available for shopping at Zellerfeld’s store Online Store. Each unit is ordered for each customer. See the design in the gallery above.
