The court has approved the preliminary injunction required by the company, prohibiting members of the group from independently signing advertising contracts (or through third parties) without the approval of ador. Ador also announced that the group should be called “Neján” only and not “idz” – Names used by members during the recent remodeling – “All Entertainment” can only be negotiated with the label.
Ador issued this statement: “We sincerely thank the court for its wise decision to grant a preliminary injunction. Our identity is the exclusive agency of Newjeans and is now legally confirmed that we are fully committed to supporting the artists moving forward.”
