Motown Legend Smoky Robinson Re-accusation of sexual assault is under scrutiny again.
Prosecutors said Friday that authorities investigated previous sexual assault charges against Robinson in 2015, but no charges were filed due to insufficient evidence.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office confirmed the decade-old investigation and its decision to reject the allegation in a statement Friday. The office said that due to the current investigation of Robinson, no details were provided.

Robinson’s attorney Christopher Frost said in a statement that they were “happy” that “district attorney” confirmed that there was no basis for the charges ten years ago. ”

Smoky Robinson slams sexual assault lawsuit as he firmly denies charges
Earlier this week, Robinson and his wife submitted $500 million cross-approval to former staff. The couple accused the four Jane and their legal representatives of defamation, abuse of financial elders, intentional emotional distress, privacy violations, civil conspiracy and other claims in court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday.

The lawsuit says the allegations against Robinson were “made in support of his extortion plan.” The documents further state that: “Mr. Robinson and Ms. did not regard the people they hired as employees. They view them as large families.”

According to cross statistics, the Robinsons took a vacation with the plaintiff, exchanged gifts, and celebrated their holidays and birthdays together. The lawsuit states that the plaintiffs “requested help from the Robinsons, including thousands of dollars, to support monetary support for at least one member of the plaintiff’s family, clothing, dental surgery and even a car.”
Jane is indeed attorneys John Harris and Herbert Hayden, who were appointed as defendants in a cross-statistic for Robinsons, and their company Harris & Hayden, responded to the lawsuit in a statement to Fox News Digital.

They said: “The cross-approval submitted by Mr. Christopher Frost on behalf of William Smoky Robinson and Frances Robinson is nothing more than an attempt to silence and intimidate Mr. Robinson’s sexual assault and assault survivors.”
“This is a baseless and defensive legal manipulation that aims to re-deteriorate, divert blame and prevent others from stepping up. This retaliatory lawsuit is enacted by California’s anti-SLAPP laws to prevent California’s anti-SLAPP laws.”
Robinson is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Songwriters Hall of Fame. He was a key figure in the 1960s Motown Records Machine as both an artist and a writer, and was one of the hottest killers of the era, with songs like “The Joker’s Tears” and “My Tears Road”.
