CCTV captured the moment a South Korean man used a subway carriage with flammable liquid before burning. The Seoul Southern District Attorney’s Office has released footage of the arson attack on May 31.
Six people were injured during the incident, including smoke inhalation and an ankle sprain while trying to escape from the train. No death was reported. A 67-year-old suspect has been charged with attempted murder and arson.
