St. Paul’s storm brings floods, chaos and lightning


On Friday, the heavy rain in St. Paul, Brazil, caused traffic confusion and overwhelming subway.

According to reports, thousands of households were power out, and locals were forced to take refuge at crowded subway stations.

The car was washed away, causing a man to drive a motorboat along the flooded streets.

Local reports said that the chaos was caused by rainfall in just a few hours.
