president Donald Trump He said Saturday that he nominated U.S. State Department spokesman Tammy Bruce as the next deputy representative of the United Nations.
“I am pleased to announce that I am nominating the great patriot, television celebrity and bestselling author Tammy Bruce as our next deputy US representative and as ambassador position,” the president wrote on social media.
“Tami has been the State Department spokesperson since the start of her second term, where she did a great job. Tammy Bruce will be a great representation of our country at the United Nations. Congratulations Tammy!”

Last week, she warned Russia about Fox News that it needs to “take serious” Trump at the deadline for the ceasefire.
Bruce has been in the administration since Trump took office.

She was a long-time conservative commentator and contributor to Fox News before Trump attacked a State Department spokesperson.
When Trump chose her to go to the State Department, he described her as “a respected political analyst who knew the power and importance of ‘Maga’ early on.”
