California Democrats have once again tried to manipulate the system, overturn the election and steal seats in Congress from the Republicans. government Gavin Newsom Attorney General Rob Bonta plans to re-replace California’s congressional map in 2025 or 2026, half of the decade and a few years ahead of the next census. It has nothing to do with “fairness” or “democracy”. It is a blatant, unconstitutional power that aims to silence millions of voters and one-party rule of cement in California.
Democrats are already trying to rewrite the history of the redistribution battle, claiming it is just revenge on the Republican map of Texas. But let’s be clear: California has begun.
The last re-division cycle was corrupted by partisan agents who manipulated what California called “independent” citizens’ re-division committees to provide a tiny map. Republicans get 40% of votes Congress In 2022, but only 17% of the seats. Now, instead of waiting for the next census as required by law, Newsom and Bonta are working to rewrite the map for a decade to squeeze out even more unfair representation.
I won’t let it happen. I will compete with it in court and public opinion, because California It belongs to all of us, not just the Democratic elites, trying to stick to power.
Re-drawing the map is obviously wrong, without other population counts. Millions have fled California since the last census Co-lockhigh taxes and unaffordable housing. In addition, there are wildfire destruction, such as the 2025 Los Angeles Hell that destroyed the entire community. Where did all these people go? Gavin Newsom doesn’t know and doesn’t care. Anyway, he wanted to re-draw the map.
California lost a seat in Congress for the first time in our history, and we have seen further Net population loss Nearly 500,000 since then. Redistribution must reflect these reality. That’s just common sense.
But without a census, redrawing a map is not only wrong, but illegal.
Article 21 of the California Constitution is clear: every decade after the national census. This is the law before voters approved the re-division of the Citizens and has since been repositioned. In fact, the California Supreme Court has ruled this exact question. exist Legislature v. DeukmejianThe court said the re-division was a decade-long process that was directly related to the census. Five years after the last census, a hasty re-division plan would blatantly violate the state constitution. When the rules are bad for your party, you can’t just ignore the rules.
AWOL Texas Dems is subject to felony for deportation, felony, felony in re-divided battle
Newsom and Bonta answered this: Their power rewards program includes a hastily overturning the “special election” of Article 21 of the state constitution, seizing power from the Citizens Redistributive Commission, and Redraw Maps stealing five congressional seats from the Republicans.

But this is a flaw in their plan. They will not only violate Article 21 of the State Constitution. In fact, it’s not even just the California Constitution.
The Fourteenth Amendment of the United States constitution Ensure equal protection of every citizen under the law, including equal representation. Reynolds v. Sims, Landmark Supreme Court cases holding all legislative regions must have a roughly equal population. The federal equal protection clause also reflects Article 1 in the state constitution of California.
Schwarzenegger bids against California’s Newsom’s re-division bid
Without a new census, equal protection standards cannot be met (legislative districts must have a roughly equal population). Any re-divisions made now will be based on guesses, not facts.
So that’s what I’m going to do. If Newsom and Bonta move forward through their illegal plans, I will face legal challenges from both countries. First, we will file a lawsuit in state courts to stop the plan from being stopped under California’s constitution and long-term legal precedent. At the same time, we will fight to the federal courts that their actions violate the equal protection clauses of the U.S. Constitution, Supreme Court precedent. We will use all the legal tools available to stop this creepy attempt to further confide California for Democrats.
Despite their endless speeches on “Protecting our democracy,” Democrats really only care about defending their own power. The final round of re-division in California should be a nonpartisan handled by the Citizens Re-division Committee. But the left-wing pressure group hijacked the process, pushing vague standards such as “communities of interest” to justify partisan groups. That’s why Republicans make up only 17% of the House area and about 40% of the statewide vote.

Now, they want to take further action, even if millions of Californians vote for Republicans, the Republican Congress has only 7%. That’s not “democracy”. That’s operating the system.
If we have fair representation in California, Republicans will have an additional 12 home seats. Democrats in the state legislature “super majority” (enable them to pass over a decade of ultra-left extreme legislation – will disappear.
We don’t have to attack these Democrats on our democracy. I’ve proposed it reform Make redistricting truly fair and non-partisan. This includes using artificial intelligence to map based on neutral standards such as compact, city and county boundaries, rather than blurred standards that make people qualified.

I wouldn’t silence the voices of millions of Californians for their partisan and personal purposes.
I will fight this step with action, urgency and the full power of the law behind us with action, urgency and all the power. When I was governor, I would turn the Democrat Grimander around and make sure to provide fair representation for everyone in California.
