Shidao Recent debut 2026 Spring and Summer Series In a showroom demonstration Milan Fashion Weekyou can view the key works of Lookbook up close. Drawing inspiration from 760,000-year-old natural habitats, the collection provides drinking water for Los Angeles, exploring the contrast and connection between nature and city. Through a palette of earth tones and aquatic tones, lines reflect the themes of utility, adaptation and survival, capturing the relationship between human life and the natural world.
Fabric Innovation is at the heart of the collection, marked by outstanding works such as manual eruption reflective nylon jackets, thermally reactive metal jackets and double wax RIPSTOP shirts. New knitted treatments, waxed leather finishes and pigmented cotton add texture and depth while continuing to seam, wax layers and faded camouflage, pushing the narrative of the material further through excessive camouflage. The contour is designed with structure in mind, providing sculptural shapes that emphasize the volume and contrast of various garments.
Stone Island’s iconic sub-lines – Ghost, Pier, Stellina and Denim Study – move forward with fresh explanations. Ghost introduces a new “Corteccia” color scheme inspired by Worker Leather Gloves, as well as staples in suede workwear. The pier revisits its nautical roots by dyeing archive profiles made of nylon with cotton and clothes. Stelina draws from solar and desert tones Gore-Tex The coat is finished with scuba neoprene, with details balancing functions and design. Denim studies the dyeing of enzyme-bleached indigo, Oxford nylon, similar to denim and silicone elbow spots, inspired by the 80s archives. In total, the series reflects Stone Island’s ongoing dedication to technical craftsmanship and material storytelling, aiming to enhance the modern wardrobe.
