The sun is here which means it’s time to feel your best!! Join the spring summer challenge To get fit, get toned, and feel confident!

What are the summer challenges?

Our Summer schedule is a 6 week challenge starting July 8, 2024. That’s it 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week for six weeks!

What to expect:

  1. Lose weight, tone your body, gain confidence, and feel great!

  2. A delicious & healthy recipe to help lose weight

  3. A daily lesson in mine Move the App You can do it anywhere, even on vacation 😉

  4. SURGICAL work out & Teaching session with trainer, Katie

    All your daily tasks will be on us Move the App. Yes, if you are new to moving, you can get 30 days free!
