Taylor Swift’s representative told the BBC that she is on a legal march between Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively to create a “taboo clickbait.”
The 35-year-old singer was called to the U.S. court after she allegedly encouraged Baldoni to accept the script rewrite of Lively because it ended in our capacity, which all starred in the film and was the center of sexual harassment cases.
Bardoni said he was invited to Lively’s New York House in 2023 to discuss script changes, where Lively’s husband Ryan Reynolds and Swift served as her “dragon.”
“She was not involved in any actor or creative decisions” and “never seen editors or take any notes on films,” Swift’s representative said.
Lively, 37, sued Baldoni, 41, in December 2024, accusing him of sexual harassment and smearing exercises. Baldoni is an claim to civil blackmail, slander and privacy violations, and her husband, actor Ryan Reynolds, is offensive.
Lively and Baldoni have been in controversy since the film “Adaptation of the Colleen Hoover novel” released last summer.
According to Baldoni, tensions were present in the 2023 rewriting, and he was surprised to find Reynolds and Swift present.
He alleged that Lively wrote in his text to him: “If you watch Game of Thrones everywhere, you would be grateful that I am Khaleesi and like her, I happen to have a few dragons. Good or bad, it will be better, but usually it will be better. Because my dragons also protect the dragons I fight for.”
Bardoni said he supported his reaction, writing: “I really like what you do. It really helped a lot. It made it even more fun and fun.
“You are really the whole talent. I’m really excited and grateful.”
It is also alleged that Swift was involved in the film’s performance of Isabela Ferrer, who played Lively’s young character Lily Bloom.
Ending with Us at the New York Premiere“She (Taylor Swift) was a useful part of the audition, and then I got it, and it shocked my world.”
But Swift’s representative said her only involvement in the film allowed the use of her song “My Tears”, noting that she was one of the 20 artists in the film.
They said: “Never stepped on the clips of this movie, she was not involved in any actors or creative decisions, she did not rate the movie, and she never saw the movie or any notes on the movie”.
They added that Swift didn’t see it ending in us until “weeks after release” because she was “traveling around the world” on the tour at the time.
A spokesman for Popstar believes that the subpoena “is intended to use Taylor Swift’s name to attract public interest by creating tabloid clickbait, rather than focusing on the facts of the case.”
