FAA, NTSB investigates three people after death in Tennessee plane crash

At a press conference on Sunday, officials said the plane encountered an “unknown problem” shortly after taking off, “had an impact on trees and terrain.”
Russell said the three were taken to a local hospital for medical treatment through helicopters, while one victim was dispatched via ground transportation, causing even more serious injuries. The first responders at the scene treated other minor injuries.
There are currently no death toll.
