Keith “One One” Thurman and Brock Jarvis successfully weighed 153 3/4 pounds in a 10-round middleweight fight at the Hordern Pavilion in Sydney, Australia on March 12. Thuman (30-1, 22 Kos) looks great for those who have laid off work for three years. You can tell him he is doing the job.

Age and inactivity
You can’t rule out Thurman, 36, who lost the fight because of his age and inactivity. He never beat any killers at the middleweight level when he was still active. His best win was against Shawn Porter and Danny Garcia. He lost when he faced Manny Pacquiao, 40.
Thurman and Jarvis activities will be displayed in PBC YouTube Channel on Wednesday, March 12.
The young fighter, 27-year-old Jarvis (22-1, 20 kos), looked a little exhausted. Some people can say he worked hard to lose weight and lowered it to the 154 pound limit. Brock has gained weight over the past seven years. It’s hard to believe Jarvis fought in the bantamweight (118 pounds) game in 2018.
Of course, he was 20 years old, but it was a considerable increase for those who had reached that age. His strength is great, but he is super fast, which may be a problem for him. In Jarvis’ recent battle, his poke looks weak and slow. He seems to throw power for the time being, which is against one of the tour guys, Adrian Rodriguez (13-10-2).
“This is the key to Keith’s delivery system. He has always been a generous hole puncher, and with this technique he brought his entire body into rhythm and punching skills.” Shawn Porter asked media About Keith Thurman’s punching form before fighting Brock Jarvis.
“When I was 15 and 16, Keith knocked out the guys. The power he had was real. I think we saw it fading out 147 pounds. I think he was like me. He was more like a boxer, more like a fighter. I wasn’t trying to be a fighter. I tried to be a quick one. I think at 154, we’d see that power recover as it was before,” Porter said.
