Retired NFL quarterback Tom Brady Returning to Foxboro, Massachusetts Friday, where he spent twenty years of his legendary career.
Brady New England Patriots Opened their pre-season slabs for 2025 and put down a curtain on a 12-foot bronze statue on Brady’s similarities.
The statue commemorating the Seventh Super Bowl Championship is placed near the entrance to the team’s Hall of Fame, located in Patriot Place, outside the entrance gate of Gillette Stadium.

Brady became the first player in franchise history to receive statue honors. Longtime Patriots owner Robert Kraft commissioned the sculpture.
“Tommy, you’ve portrayed your name not only in NFL history. You portrayed it with all your heart,” Kraft said in his speech at the ceremony. “Now, like you, your similarities will always stand at Gillette Stadium, centered on tallness, calmness and lasers. People may forget to say tonight, but hopefully this statue will always remind us of what Tom Brady did and how he makes us feel all of us.”

The towering statue depicts Brady’s trademark celebration pose, with his fist raising. In Brady’s 20-year running game with the team, the posture is not a nod to any particular moment.

The facial design seems to portray a very focused Brady NFL games.
In the speech, Brady took a little time to credit his teammates, some of whom took part in the special day at the former quarterback.

“Look, I know the representation of this statue. It’s not about a person. Never, never,” Brady said. “And, in football, never. It’s about a team and a great commitment to being together.”
Brady can’t resist New York Jetsone of the Patriots’ long-term AFC East rivals.
“In the end, this statue is not only for pat fans,” Brady noted. “This will also get all Jets fans out of the stadium every year, probably in the second quarter, and maybe the third.”
Brady is by far the most accomplished player in a Patriots uniform. He won six of seven Super Bowl titles with the team.
