Train your old body

Last December, I already admitted there was a big hole in my deception.

I grew up drawing, took Art in high school, and always showed through the violence drawn.

But I did never seen the second of any of Studio Ghibli’s artists!

Studio Gihibi is the equivalent of Disney, with Hayao Miyazaki as the ideal film maker to make these previous films.

Luckily, the wonderful community on this thread provided me with hundreds of pieces of support information and helped me make my decision.

Since making this announcement, I have watched all 20+ Ghiba movies, he fell in love with Japanand it became bad with Hayio Miyazaki.

(Your favorite among you, my cousin Totoro, the delivery service, the heart delivery phones, and the wind rises.).

After watching each movie, I continued to watch documentaries about Miyazaki and Studio Gihi because I needed to know more.

Thanks to these documents, I have the fossils of Miyizaki and the experience and expertise in making these films with these films.

The running joke was that Miyazaki was a “man who never finished” and could never retire.

There is one thing that stands out to me in each document:

IN The kingdom of dreams and madness, At one point all the employees at Studio Gibli were high and moved through a series of motivational and hateful events, including Miyazaki.

Later in the Doc, I noticed Miyazaki shows a deep squat with full structure and no help. How many people do you know in their mid 70s who can do a deep squat!

IN Alternatives to Death: Hayao Miyazaki, Miyazaki is The movie is a lot of woodcuts with an ax in the studio’s backyard.

And yes Hayao Miyazaki and HeronMiya-San (moist name), now in the 80s, is still struggling with wood, it is difficult to work in a film that will end his life’s work.

(Yes, I know. Miyazaki even has a cigarette in his mouth because almost every minute of every minute he doesn’t have a perfect picture of health!).

I bring this up because I think it shows a different side of exercise than we usually think.

Train your old body

Watch this doc of Hayio Miyao being active and keeping his brain sharp in the 80s…

This was recalled Amazing post from Elizabeth (@Thisgirllifts on Instagram):

As we get older, it is easier for us to move the ground, which gives us less strength, and makes it difficult to find a suitable and moving to keep moving. This can keep us from spending time with our family or friends because we are unable to differentiate the energy.

Teddy Roosevelt once said “Let’s run the risk of being worn out.”

In short: Use it or lose it, bub.

It’s not a stretch for me to think Miyazaki’s ability to be “infinite” is simply because of the beauty of the creature rather than its dismemberment.

Thinking about what made him choose to push himself still a living film in this world, he prefers to do so and die. “

Fitness is more than weight loss

At Nerd Fitness, we encourage all rebels to think about the “big reason why:”

Why worry about developing new habits and pushing yourself for your level of living when the big chair becomes?

What’s the point of using yourself and learning to deal with discomfort when it turns to comfort it eases and so it’s pure twists?

A powerful truth “The Big Why” can help us stay on target especially when life is turning into a fire or we want to give up.

For Miyazaki, he decided that “getting out what’s inside of me” was the best use of his time. He finds peace and fulfillment by creating things instead of consuming them, which means he is alive enough to keep doing these things!

Here is the grumma (who I visited the hospital last month), her mission is to support her community and help those around her. Being active allowed him to do this well into the 90s!

If you want to come up with a reason to do something…

You could do worse than “training for the old man.” This is the only body you got, and the only life you got, so today is a good day as every person starts to take care of your body with more respect.

It doesn’t need to be dramatic either. We can start easily:

  • We can go for short daily walks.
  • We can stand anywhere during the day and do movements like squats and arm swings.
  • We can Start strength training To build strong and durable bones seek help for as long as possible.

It is up to us to keep our bodies active, and putting it back is better than scaring it by not using it.

As a complicated person who spends a lot of time on myself, Hayao Miyizaki gave me plenty:

I hope that when I am in the 80s, I am still writing in this article and helping people, wood, wood town and looking for a job that they want.

I know I can’t control what happens and accidents happen and so much of life is outside that I give the opportunity to use the best opportunities to allow myself to be creative and divert the calm!

I’ll leave you with the final scene from Miyazaki that closes out Hayioo Miyao macezzaki and Heron:

“Stop bathing and moving.”

Now if you’ll excuse me, it’s time for me to train the old man’s body!

PS: The original Japanese title for The boy and Hissu it is How are you staying?. This is the most interesting (and apt) movie title; It certainly brings to an end his life’s work, those who influenced him, and deep thoughts about the meaning of life.
