president Donald Trump Answered Tuesday whether he tried to run for the White House for the fourth time.
Trump is discussing during a phone interview with CNBC’s “Squawk Box” Bureau of Labor Statistics He believes that the number of workers who were “manipulated” during the 2024 presidential election is to exaggerate the economic performance of former President Joe Biden. Trump turned around and solved it directly: “I want to run,” Trump told Anchor Women. “I have the best poll numbers I’ve ever had. You know why. Because people like tariffs, they like trade deals, they like that country – they like what foreign countries didn’t take us away. Over the years, they tear us apart. A friend, an enemy, an enemy and a friend. And a friend is worse.”

Trump teased and stayed away from the idea of a third term earlier this year as some conservative circles have surfaced to change the 22nd Amendment to allow for the exception of non-sequential presidents.
Before Trump, the last and only president in the late 1800s was Grover Cleveland.
Trump said in May that he thought it was a “commendation” and that “so many” would like him to run in 2028, but said it was not his interest in pursuit.

“I never asked for this. But, as far as I know, you are not allowed to do this,” Trump Tell MSNBC’s Kristen Welker. “There are a lot of people selling 2028 hats, but that’s not what I want to do. I hope to have four great years and then hand it over to someone, ideally a great Republican. A great Republican who can push it forward. But I think we’re going to have four years and four years is enough time to do something really spectacular.”
Trump said he believes the Maga movement can survive without him, with floating Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio being potential successors.
