American women’s football legend Abby Wambach admits in a recent podcast interview Donald Trump At least one thing, his government is a “genius.”
Wambach, along with writer Glennon Doyle, opens up what she calls “complex” relationship with the United States and laments Trump and his officials Able to get their voters together and elect him again as president in 2024.

She talks with MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace “Best People” podcast.
“From a team perspective, I considered this because I had a lot of experience in the team’s community,” Wambach explained. “As someone who represents this country, I think I’m very patriotic in many ways, but my relationship with the country is very complex because of everything that happens within our government and what we see.”
“But I do believe that one thing that Trump and the administration are geniuses is to make people believe that they are part of this community. This community article makes people not pay attention to every little thing. They use a way to make them believe that they are part of a thing, even if there are some consequences.
When someone tries to develop what is called a “team culture,” what Trump and his administration do in this development is “a very wise way”, Wanbach said.

However, Wombach believes some Trump supporters have a second idea.
“I think you see some people going, ‘Wait a minute I didn’t participate in all of this, which is ridiculous for me because he didn’t hide the script. They just don’t believe it, and I think part of them might feel like, ‘Playbook is like that, like that never happens, like that too far. I also think there might be a person like, ‘Yeah, we hope all these things happen.’ ”
“Yes, I think there is a smaller version, but I do think that some of the people who voted for him might question their votes and go back awkwardly. Once you get stuck in the deep roots of this community, it’s like if you go out there, if you go anywhere, there’s almost no one who wants to jump on land because they can’t jump into our world because they can’t see their own world in all of our worlds.”
Trump touted his poll numbers earlier this month, saying his recognition rate was “the highest ever.”
