Good morning This is a holiday weekend for many of our readers, such a happy Easter and a happy Passahfest for those who celebrate. It is also a day free of the Heights and depths of the US stock marketAnd a good time to think about some wider lessons in the shop. Leadership next is the weekly podcast, which I am gathering at Kristin Stoller, in which we talk to business lights about their industries, their career paths and their perspectives in the business landscape.

We recently sat down Roblox CEO and co -founder David Baszucki To talk about how the gaming platform became such a hit and drew more than 85 million daily users and 2.8 million developers. As the father of four children, Baszucki spoke about the importance of security: for users, creators and brands. Baszucki said: “Listening a bad experience of a person on the platform brings everything into the right perspective if we multiply with this scale.”

At a personal level, he would like to change the Roblox experience for the people who work there, “think about how we treat our employees, how we operate our cafeteria, right down to the way we operate our safety and courtesy, as well as the well -being of the core of the company.” He also spoke about his philanthropic work in metabolic health, inspired by the effects that the diet had on his son’s bipolar symptoms. This inspired him to pay more attention to his own sleep, diet and wellness routine, which he is as critical for an effective leadership as it is for elite athletes.

We recently also with Scott Boatwright, the CEO of Chipotle about how he uses AI in the restaurant chain, his reaction to tariffs and his relationship with Brian Niccol, his predecessor and the current CEO of Starbucks. You can hear this episode here. And the episode of last week is with Wendy’s CEO Kirk Tanner. We have spoken about Tanner’s formative career experience at PepsicoIts expansion plans and how consumer behavior affects its strategy. Here is a link to this episode. You can also download the podcast Spotify or Apple. Let us know who you want to hear in future episodes, and as always we welcome your feedback.
