First on Fox: this Transportation safety management (TSA) announced changes to airport security processes will take effect at certain airports starting Tuesday, including a new safe lane for active service members and a TSA Precheck discount for unified service communities.
Additional safe lanes will be in Airport Close to military facilities including San Antonio, Texas; Anchorage, Alaska; Atlanta; Austin, Texas; Colorado Springs, Texas; El Paso, Texas; Fayetteville, N.C.; Nashville, Tennessee; San Diego, California; and Seattle.

Travel is expected to surge on July 4 as TSA announces record screenings of past weekend records
The Venus family (those who have lost their family members within their responsibilities) will be exempted from TSA Precheck admission. The exemption includes clear pre-trial by the provider, IDEMIA and TELOS. Additionally, active Department of Defense (DOD) service members will receive a TSA Precheck fee of $25.
Active service men and women are already eligible for free TSA Precheck.

“On National Independence Day and beyond, TSA reiterated its commitment to mitigating the military community through its TSA Precheck program, offering discounts to active spouses by providing free means to Venus families, and creating an expedited lane for unified service members,” TSA Acting Administrator Haguyen McNeill McNeill McNeill McNeill News McNeill News McNeill News McNeill News Digital.

The “Honor, Easy Travel” initiative will be officially announced Wednesday in San Antonio, Texas, amid a very busy trip weekend on July 4.
TSA is in Department of Homeland Securityand was founded in 2001 by President George W. Bush after the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
