He is facing criminal charges after Lesotho MP accused the country’s monarch and government of signing control of Lesotho to its larger neighbor, South Africa.
Dr. Tshepo Lipholo also declared himself the principal ruler of the landlocked state, facing charges of “violating the dignity and reputation of the royal family.”
