TTRPG Comic ‘Die’ Returns for Another Session


In 2018, comic book writer Kieron Gillen and artist and Stephanie Hans have joined the horror/fantasy comic book Die. Set up a year after the original story, Die: Loaded sees the surviving followers back on the ground and try to live normal lives after escaping the title fantastic world. Die: Loaded Will also feature a refreshed, comic-style version of the RPG’s Quickstart, which released this past May, which lasts a number of sessions and contains pre-generating characters representing the different Paragon classes of the game. Gillen also indicated to Rascal that the game will have an open license soon to let designers make and sell their own supplements and adventures, and create their own original games through Die RPGs mechanical engine. He also plans to introduce material into the comic, which will later be applied to the game, as long as it “works in my satisfaction.”
