The complaint states that the defendants “wear black, military-style clothes”, some wearing bulletproof vests, some armed, and some with two-way radios.
Prosecutors said there were twelve sets of body armor when searching for vehicles related to the defendant, on the person and in the area around the Prairie Detention Center. Law enforcement also found spray paint, magazines containing ammunition and flyers saying: “Fight ice terror with class war!” and “release all political prisoners.” A flag was found to read: “Resist Fascism – Fighting the Oligarch”.
