Alithea Williams of the British Association for the Protection of Unborn Children condemns vote In the statement.
“We are afraid that members of Congress will vote for this extreme and barbaric proposal. If that clause becomes law, women who miscarriage babies at any time of pregnancy, even at any time before birth will not commit a criminal offense,” Williams said. “In fact, by dismissing the Infant Life Protection Act, which aims to provide legal protection for children during birth, a woman who kills babies during childbirth will not commit a crime.”
“This is driven by the cynical use of the situation they bring,” she added. “The cases where they use women to be prosecuted for abortion (one of the single number) emerged due to the policies they advocated – dispatching women’s abortion drugs without an in-person appointment.”
