East Hampton is arguably the most famous in the United States and undoubtedly the most luxurious town. This is where Gucci sits on the street, and the beach fires at S’mores happen every night on Sag Main Beach; the grey houses belong to Ina Garten and Robert Downey Jr. coexist with the famous artist studio; the best grocery store place is always the farm stand.

The owner of the Colonial Hotel in Palm Beach refreshes a landmark in the East Hampton Town custody, Hedges Inn. While a full renovation will take place later next year, they have established a full service concierge, Beach Butler’s Off-Road Vehicle comes with chairs, towels and coolers, and added a buzzing new restaurant. (Introduction to it later).
“The decor is provided by Unionworks designer Poonam Khanna and is largely inspired by the natural Hampton scenery: sand, green, green, blue and earthy tones of peaches. The room’s logo is made from plush bed markings on plush beds, made from shawl-style bathtubs on frettle beds and bathrooms; traditional works,” Fashion Editor Leah Faye Cooper In her first-hand account, it’s written to stay in MedestonLast summer, E was charmed by the LDV Hospitality Group. Additionally, its town location means guests can walk to the town’s famous restaurants and shops.
EHP is spread across five waterfront acres at the three-mile harbor and is located north of the Highway Pier, where Hamptonians often dock their boats or yachts. You don’t need to stay in one of their lightweight and airy cottages, which is more like a quaint house than a hotel room.
They also have a lot of amenities: there is a swimming pool, tennis and pickled courts, as well as bikes, kayaking and paddle boards. Meanwhile, a gift shop comes with Beachy Homewares and Designer gowns. Their restaurant, Si Si, is the perfect place to catch up with sunset while drinking rosé. This year, Buzzy French-Indonesian Restaurant Wayan also appeared at the hotel venue.
Where to eat
Spend afternoon shopping on Main and Newton streets before having a leisurely, spray lunch at the Sant Ambroeus, a Milan café with locations in New York and Aspen. We prefer with their Penne Arrabbiata, Branzino or Chicchirich Panini, but nothing goes wrong with your menu. Breakfast is also open.
At Hedges Inn Inside Ins Ins Ins Is Swifty’s, the reincarnation of the Upper East Side restaurant, it provides a dedicated group of New Yorkers to the New York state residential area of New York until it closed in 2016. Meatballs, many dishes made from ingredients from local farms.
Nick & Toni’s has been a staple in East Hampton for over 37 years. Go there for a classic Tuscan meal – think of wooden pizza, lanterns with ramps and baked halibut – and the excellent people to watch. (It is known to be one of the most popular celebrities.)
The East Hampton Grill comes with dark wood and green interiors that feel like a bistro or country club grill. Depending on your mood, this is a good thing – there is no better place to drink martini and medium-rare steak. Run by the cult favorite Yamako Group, customers will notice the same menu items as their own restaurants, such as French dip, kale and barbecue salad and crispy chicken sandwiches.
For more casual, grab a meal and go to Carissa in Newton Lane. (Although leisure doesn’t come at the cost of quality: Carissa is the 2025 James Beard semifinal, a great bakery for outstanding bakeries.
New York’s critically acclaimed Pizza Joint has opened Rubirosa camp on the 31-game route in East Hampton. Enjoy thin-shell tie-dyed pizza and homemade pasta in a summer camp-inspired setting.
The Food Farm Stand offers some of the freshest produce from the Hamptons, and then offers some: foods that people love to prepare, including chicken salads, warm berry muffins, salmon salads and sandwiches. (Oh, there are more hearty fares like fish tacos, poke bowls and abalone bread.)
