The award-winning editor of The Washington Post has taken leave after taking leave Ministry of Justice Accuse him of possessing child pornography.
The Post’s deputy video deputy director Thomas Legro appeared in court on Friday after being arrested on Thursday, the Justice Department announced.

According to the document, “several devices” were seized from Legro’s home, including a laptop that “containing 11 videos describing child pornography.”
The file also links Legro to a priori FBI The 2006 E-Gold survey was a digital currency platform used by child pornography websites, saying Legro is an E-Gold user.
The charges were announced by U.S. interim prosecutor Jeanine Pirro and will be prosecuted by U.S. assistant attorney Caroline Burrell and Janani Iyengar.
A spokesperson for the post told Fox News Numbers“The Washington Post understands the seriousness of the allegations and has taken employees off” and declined to comment further.

According to his LinkedIn page, Legro began working for the position in 2000 and left to work on “PBS Newshour” in 2006 before returning to the position in 2013.
Notably, Legro is one of the Washington Post reporters who won the Pulitzer Prize in 2018 for investigative reports of a failed Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore, who was accused of sexual misconduct by several women, some of whom said they were minors at the time. Moore denied the allegations mentioned in the postal report.
