“The View” co-hosts clashed fiercely during Wednesday’s discussion on the Middle East as co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg Comparing life in the United States with life in Iran, it was challenged by Alyssa Farah Griffin.

“If you’re black, it’s not black, not everyone,” Goldberg insisted.

Goldberg said the United States is the greatest country in the world, but said people are worried about their children being shot.

“No one wants to reduce the very real problems we have in this country. It’s not a person’s intention, but I think it’s important to remember that there are people who are much darker than this country and who deserve the right.”

Goldberg pushed back again, saying, “Not everyone feels that way” and said that the vote was not allowed until 1965.
